Update. First service visit. My service advisor, Houston, was very professional and thorough. Quick in and out. Very nice waiting area as well. Todd even sent me a follow up email thanking me for coming in. I’m still very pleased with my Ridgeline and with Honda of Weatherford. Update. I continue to be extremely happy with the service department. Our other car is a Lexus so the comparison is a tough one, but Honda of Weatherford has met the challenge.

Counter agent Ken greeted me warmly by my car and made sure that the recalls and a couple of additional requests were attended to in a timely manner. Ken was friendly and kind and made the experience a pleasant one. For this I am grateful.
